Organic matcha

Matcha is shade-grown Japanese green tea leaves ground into vibrant green powder with an earthy flavor. It's an antioxidant-rich source of natural caffeine for sustained energy and mental clarity.

KOBU uses sustainably, organically harvested matcha grown from small tea farmers in Japan's Kagoshima region.

Matcha has deep cultural significance and symbolizes harmony, respect, and tranquility.

Organic hemp protein

Hemp protein is a plant-based protein powder made from nutrient-rich hemp seeds. It offers a complete protein source with all nine essential amino acids, fiber, healthy fats, and minerals to support muscle recovery, digestion, and overall health.

Direct-trade vanilla

KOBU's vanilla is direct-trade, meaning it’s sourced straight from Indonesian farmers, ensuring fair wages and sustainable practices.

Monk fruit

Monk fruit, or luo han guo, is a small green melon native to southern China and northern Thailand.

KOBU uses monk fruit as a calorie-free, low-glycemic natural sweetener.

Named after the Buddhist monks who cultivated it, monk fruit has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine and is often seen as a symbol of health and longevity.

Coconuts

KOBU gets its creamy, rich texture from organic coconut milk powder and pure coconut oil powder.

Rich in medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs)--a type of fat that's easily absorbed and used for quick energy--coconuts can boost energy and support brain health. They contain nutrients to support a balanced diet and maintain gut health.

Organic dates

KOBU uses whole organic date powder, so you get all the vitamins, antioxidants, and fiber from the fruit. Dates provide a steady energy boost and can aid digestion and gut health.

Rice

KOBU uses California-grown non-GMO sweet rice flour for its chewy texture and naturally sweet flavor. It is easy to digest and has been used in traditional Asian desserts for centuries.

Love these!

Flavor, texture, sweetness, serving size - all perfect. Love these mochi cakes! They remind me of desserts my Japanese grandma used to serve me as a kid.
